Since I was a child, I have always been interested in human behavior. I had so many questions about why people act the way they do. In my teens, I disliked many things about myself and struggled to change them, but I felt blocked. No matter what I did, other people had already labeled me. At times, I felt lost and without meaning in life, trying to understand what it meant to be happy.

During all this time, I have studied a lot about emotions and how to come to accept them, because, although some of them are not pleasant, they are necessary to live. In addition, I have learned to better manage my thoughts and behaviors, to accept them and change them when necessary, in order to live in peace.

All of this, with a sense of humor and empathy for each person’s situation, is what I want to convey at psicoloRia. You don’t have to feel uncomfortable with your work or personal situation, or with other people, forever.

You can feel good, improve your mood, simplify things and, yes, CHANGE IS POSSIBLE.
