PSICOLORIA was born with the mission to normalize psychology and with the firm belief that people can change.
Ever since I was a child, I have always been interested in human behavior. I had many questions about why people act the way they do. As a teenager, I disliked many things about myself and struggled to change them, but I felt blocked. No matter what I did, other people had already put their labels on me and I couldn’t change them. At times, I felt lost and meaningless in life, trying to figure out what it meant to be happy.
During all this time, I have studied a lot about emotions and how to come to accept them, because, although some of them are not pleasant, they are necessary to live. In addition, I have learned to better manage my thoughts and behaviors, to accept them and change them when necessary, in order to live in peace.
All this, with a sense of humor and empathizing with each person’s situation, is what I want to convey. You don’t have to feel uncomfortable with your work or personal situation and with other people forever. You can feel good, improve your moods, simplify things and yes, IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHANGE.
