Accessibility Statement

María Marín Delgado de Robles, owner of psicoloRia, has committed to making her website accessible and continuously improving its usability, taking Spanish regulations (Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7) and the UNE-EN 301549:2022 Standard as a benchmark.

This accessibility declaration applies to the website psicoloRia.com.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the UNE-EN 301549:2022 Standard, due to the exceptions and lack of conformity in the aspects indicated below. We are actively working to resolve these deficiencies.

Non-Accessible Content

The content below is not accessible because of the following:

Lack of conformity with RD 1112/2018 (or UNE-EN 301549:2022 Standard):

  • Non-textual content (9.1.1.1): There are logos and images with incorrect or confusing alternative text, and complex images without textual descriptions.

  • Information and relationships (9.1.3.1): There are lists created incorrectly (without list tags), tables with incorrectly labeled cells, and invisible labels on form elements.

  • Text resizing (9.1.4.10): There are tables not adapted to small screen sizes and form fields that do not display correctly on small screen sizes.

  • Text spacing (9.1.4.12): There is text that does not display correctly when line heights and spacing are changed.

  • Keyboard (9.2.1.1): There are elements that are not accessible by keyboard, such as social media links, the comment text editor, or sorting and navigation elements.

  • Focus Order (9.2.4.3): There are elements that do not receive focus and, therefore, cannot be interacted with using the keyboard.

  • Link Purpose (9.2.4.4): There are links where their function is not correctly identified (they have an inadequate description or too generic text).

  • Headings and Labels (9.2.4.6): There are headings with repeated and/or poorly descriptive text.

  • Language of parts (9.3.1.2): There are images, infographics, or texts that are not translated into other languages.

  • Consistent Identification (9.3.2.4): On some pages, the same icon is being used for different purposes, which generates confusion.

  • Forms (Errors and Suggestions): There are poorly descriptive error messages (9.3.3.1), forms with mandatory fields where the user is not informed (9.3.3.2), and fields where a correction suggestion is missing (9.3.3.3).

  • Processing (9.4.1.1) and Name, Function, Value (9.4.1.2): Syntax errors or interface elements might exist that assistive products (screen readers) do not interpret correctly.

  • Isolated Failures: Specific editing failures may exist on some web pages.

Content not within the scope of applicable legislation:

  • Office files in PDF or other formats published before September 20, 2018, might exist that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements.
