  2. Provision of the Contracted Service (Appointments and Sessions): The purpose is to manage the booking, payment, and delivery of therapy, yoga, or talk services. The legal basis is the Execution of a service contract between you and psicoloRia.

  3. Processing of Health Data (Psychology): The purpose is to provide psychological diagnosis and treatment services. The legal basis for processing this special category data (health) is your Explicit Consent and Reasons of Essential Public Interest in the field of health, as they are handled by a health professional subject to professional secrecy.

  4. Compliance with Legal Obligations: The purpose is to manage tax and accounting documentation. The legal basis is a Legal Obligation to comply with Spanish tax and accounting laws.
